BSC – Balanced Scorecard

The Balanced Scorecard is a strategic management tool that allows you to incorporate a company’s long-term strategy into the enterprise management system through the use of measurement mechanisms. It is an alternative to traditional financial systems, offering methods for assessing what should be measured in a company to best assess its effectiveness in implementing the strategy. It also allows you to quickly assess whether the strategy itself is adequate. The Balanced Scorecard translates the company’s mission and strategy into specific goals and sets of metrics, taking into account the different perspectives of the company’s operations.

Training objective

  • Understanding the principles of functioning of an effective comprehensive strategy management tool – Balanced Scorecard.
  • Gaining unique competences in the implementation of the enterprise strategy assessment methodology based on the Balanced Scorecard and Key Success Indicators (KPIs).

Training program:

Day 1:

  • Measuring efficiency and management in the information age.
  • Why does a company need a strategic scorecard?
  • How to measure strategy implementation?
  • Financial perspective.
  • Customer perspective.
  • Internal processes perspective.
  • Development perspective.
  • Linking metrics to the company’s strategy.
  • Structure and strategy.

Day 2:

  • Managing strategy implementation.
  • Achieving strategic goal convergence From the highest to the lowest level of the organization.
  • Specific goals and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring strategy implementation.
  • Implementing a management system based on a strategic scorecard.
