BSC – Balanced Scorecard
The Balanced Scorecard is a strategic management tool that allows you to incorporate a company’s long-term strategy into the enterprise management system through the use of measurement mechanisms. It is an alternative to traditional financial systems, offering methods for assessing what should be measured in a company to best assess its effectiveness in implementing the strategy. It also allows you to quickly assess whether the strategy itself is adequate. The Balanced Scorecard translates the company’s mission and strategy into specific goals and sets of metrics, taking into account the different perspectives of the company’s operations.

- Understanding the principles of functioning of an effective comprehensive strategy management tool – Balanced Scorecard.
- Gaining unique competences in the implementation of the enterprise strategy assessment methodology based on the Balanced Scorecard and Key Success Indicators (KPIs).

- Implementing a management system based on a strategic scorecard.
