I take care of the proper protection of your personal data, ensuring that it will be processed only for the purpose for which you have consented, stored securely and not made available to third parties if you have not given your consent.

The purposes for which I process your personal data

Newsletter

By signing up for the newsletter, you provide me with your e-mail address, country, and your name via the newsletter sign-up form. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to subscribe to the newsletter.

This data is used to send you the newsletter and the legal basis for their processing is your consent. The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you cancel the receipt in advance, which will delete your data from the database.

The data is processed as part of the Mailerlite mailing system and stored on a server provided by Mailerlite.

You can rectify your data stored in my newsletter database at any time, as well as request their deletion by unsubscribeing from the newsletter.

Contact using the form

By contacting me via the contact form, you provide me with at least your e-mail address. It’s up to you to provide additional data in the content. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to contact me.

Your data is processed in this case to contact you. The basis for data processing is your consent. You have the right to request the presentation of your correspondence history and you can request that it be deleted unless the preservation of the correspondence is justified by my interests (e.g., protection against claims).

Email contact

By contacting us via e-mail, including sending an inquiry via the contact form, you naturally provide us with your e-mail address as the sender’s address. In addition, you can also include other personal data in the content of the message.

Your data is processed in this case to contact you. The legal basis for post-contact processing is the justified purpose of archiving correspondence for internal purposes.

The content of correspondence may be archived, and we are unable to clearly determine when it will be deleted. You have the right to request a history of correspondence you have conducted with us (if it has been archived), as well as request its removal, unless its archiving is justified due to our overriding interests, e.g., defense against potential claims on your part.

User Account

When creating a user account, you must provide your e-mail address and define a password for the account. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to set up an account. As part of editing the user profile, you can provide further details about yourself, i.e. name and surname, billing address and shipping address. Providing this data is completely voluntary. You can have an account without providing these further details. In such a situation, when placing an order, you will have to enter this data manually.

The data entered by you as part of the user account is processed only for the purpose of maintaining the account and ensuring that you can use it. Providing data in the user account is intended to make it easier for you to place orders in the store by automatically substituting data to the order form.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data as part of the user account is the implementation of the account maintenance contract, which you conclude based on the store’s regulations.

The data collected in the user’s account are processed as part of the WordPress system and stored on the server provided by Lh.pl.

Your data will be processed as part of the account as long as you have a user account. After deleting your account, your data will be removed from the database, except for data about placed orders.

You can access your personal data processed as part of your account at any time by logging into your user account. After logging in to your account, you can modify your data at any time, as well as delete them, except for data about placed orders. You can also decide to delete your account at any time.

In relation to the data collected in your user account, you also have the right to transfer data.

Orders

When placing an order, you must provide the data necessary to complete the order, i.e. name and surname, billing address, e-mail address. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order.

The data provided to us in connection with the order is processed to complete the order, issue an invoice, include the invoice in our accounting documentation, subscribe to the newsletter and for archival and statistical purposes.

The data contained in the order placed via the store are processed as part of the WordPress system and stored on the server provided by Lh.pl

If you have a user account, your order will be visible in the order history of a given account.

Each order is documented with an invoice. Invoices are issued using the Fakturownia.pl system and are transferred to the Cash Director S.A. accounting office.

Orders are also registered in our internal database for archival and statistical purposes.

Order data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the order, and then until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. In addition, after this period, the data may still be processed by us for statistical purposes. Also remember that we are obliged to store invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the tax year in which the tax obligation arose.

In the case of order data, you cannot correct this data after the order has been completed. You also cannot object to the processing of data and demand the deletion of data until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data and request the deletion of data contained in invoices. After the expiry of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract, you can, however, object to our processing of your data for statistical purposes, as well as demand the removal of your data from our database.

In relation to data on orders, you also have the right to transfer data.

Complaints and withdrawal from the contract

If you submit a complaint or withdraw from the contract, you provide us with personal data contained in the complaint or declaration of withdrawal from the contract, which includes your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number.

The data provided to us in connection with the submission of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract are used to implement the complaint procedure or the procedure for withdrawing from the contract.

The data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the complaint procedure or withdrawal procedure. Complaints and declarations of withdrawal from the contract may also be archived for statistical purposes.

Using my website, you send queries using your device to the server where my website is stored. The data stored in the server logs is not associated with specific users of the website and is not used to identify specific persons.
