What is the best way to start working with QualityWise?
The best first step is a short conversation about the situation, requirements and expected outcome. Based on this, we propose the right form of support and the scope of further action.
Can the scope of training, an audit or consulting be tailored to our organization?
Yes. We tailor the scope to the industry, processes, system maturity, participant roles and the requirements of the organization’s customers.
Do you support preparation for OEM and Tier 1 customer audits?
Yes. Support may include a gap analysis, mock audit, review of documentation and objective evidence, and organizing activities before a customer audit. This applies in particular to audits conducted in accordance with IATF 16949, VDA 6.3 and VDA 6.8 requirements.
Do you deliver projects at the client’s site and online?
Yes. The delivery format depends on the nature of the project. Audits and work directly involving the process usually take place on site, while some training, consultations and reviews can be delivered online.
In which languages can projects be delivered?
We deliver training, audits and consulting projects in English. As we frequently support international teams, in specific situations we also use our knowledge of other languages, such as German.
