TRAINING DESCRIPTION

Purpose of the training:

• Presentation of the context of requirements for Training Within Industry (TWI) – How to train workers and trainers.
• Presentation of alignment to Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements to demonstrate competency of the workforce.

Training program Part 1:

• Standard Operations:
  • Analysis (SOA),
  • Procedure (SOP),
  • Flow (SOF),
• Elimination of waste:
  • Muda (無駄),
  • Mura (斑),
  • Muri (無理),
  • Relationship between the 3M’s
• Test of understanding.

Training program Part 2:

• How to train the trainer.
• Learning Styles.
• 3 Step method.
• Test of understanding.

During the training, the participant will learn:

• The importance of Standard Operations,
• How to identify the difference between a Main Step, Key Point and Reason,
• How to avoid mistakes and liabilities when writing an SOP,
• How to analyze, create and teach Standard Operations,
• ISO 9001 and IATF alignment requirements about competency and training.
• How to train a trainer effectively to deliver standardized training to the learner.

Who shall participate in this training:

• Persons leading new product implementation projects,
• Quality engineers, quality specialists, employees of the quality department,
• department owners/owners of key processes related to the implementation of new products for serial production,
• constructors, technologists,
• trainers, learning and development personnel.

Qualification confirmation:  After the training you will receive a certificate of participation.

Part 1 – 1 day (7 hours).

Part 2 – 1 day (7 hours).
