Purpose of the training:

• Presentation of VDA 19.1 and VDA 19.2 standards,
• Transfer of knowledge for designing cleanliness analyzes in accordance with VDA 19 requirements.

Training program:

• Presentation of the VDA 19.1 and VDA 19.2 standards,
• Implementation of the standard in the organization,
• VDA vs IATF 16949 requirements,
• Correct documentation of technical cleanliness,
• Technical cleanliness specifications,
• Cleanliness classes,
• Laboratory procedures,
• Methods of analysis and control:
  • Sample preparation
  • Cleanliness audits
  • Work instructions
  • Documenting tests and their results.
