- Understanding the concept and meaning of error-proofing
- Making employees aware of why eliminating errors at various stages of the production product life cycle is crucial to ensuring high product quality
- Learning the requirements for the quality management system according to IATF 16949 in the context of error-proofing, which are criteria for audits
- Learning tools supporting work with error-proofing, e.g. FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), or the control plan
- Strengthening the organizational culture by promoting awareness of prevention errors in the context of quality management.
