Founder of QualityWise®
Agata Lewkowska Ph.D. Eng.
Since 2007, she has been involved in quality assurance in the automotive supply chain, collaborating with organizations at various levels – from Tier 2 to Tier 1. She specializes in quality management systems, audits, and international improvement projects implemented within the automotive industry.
Her work is based on a thorough knowledge of quality requirements and methods. Her PhD in Management and Quality Sciences from the Warsaw School of Economics allows her to combine a systems approach with operational practice, making her a specialist well-grounded in the realities of production and audits.
In 2021, she founded QualityWise® to support organizations in building mature and stable quality systems. Today, QualityWise® is an international team of experts supporting clients in audits, consulting projects, and the development of quality competencies.

Christopher Scott, PCQI
An experienced quality management professional specializing in the automotive supply chain, supporting organizations operating under demanding OEM and Tier 1 requirements. He helps companies build robust and sustainable quality systems that perform not only during audits, but also in daily production.
His expertise includes quality management systems, process audits and continuous improvement projects, with a strong focus on IATF 16949, and Automotive Core Tools. Christopher is known for translating complex requirements into clear, practical actions that are usable for both quality and production teams.
With a hands-on, analytical approach, he supports organizations in audit preparation, improving process stability and addressing recurring nonconformities through effective corrective actions. As part of QualityWise®, he delivers consulting and training projects, helping quality leaders and cross-functional teams strengthen competencies and build a culture of quality based on data, risk awareness and continuous improvement.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Agata Lewkowska Ph.D. representing QualityWise Company who conducted an internal audit of the processes at Borg Warner Technical Center. The audit was carried out in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949 (…). Agata Lewkowska Ph.D. diligently executed the expected audit plan and collected process samples during individual meetings with process owners. Throughout the audit she demonstrated a thorough and professional approach in both evaluation and advisory capacities. To get a new quality engineer on track, we have had the privilege of participating in an IATF 16949 training. After the training my new engineer was very happy with the skilled and flexible transfer of knowledge about the IATF 16949 standard. During the training there was enough room for discussion and time to link to all day challenges of an automotive multi-client supplier to the standard elements and additional Customer-Specific Requirements. Immediately after the training I experienced that my new engineer gained a lot of norm knowledge, which guided him to take the right decisions serving our customers and helping our suppliers where needed.
I am particularly grateful for the excellent preparation and execution of two workshops for internal auditors. These events were not only well-structured but also provided practical insights and tools that significantly improved the competencies of our team. Qualitywise performed FMEA and APQP trainings for our team of 26 people and the training team was very diversified in terms of level of knowledge, culture and experience coming from different industries.
