TRAINING DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the training:
- Presentation of the context of requirements for Training Within Industry (TWI) – How to train workers and trainers.
- Presentation of alignment to Quality Management System according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements to demonstrate competency of the workforce.
Training program Part 1:
- Standard Operations:
- Analysis (SOA),
- Procedure (SOP),
- Flow (SOF),
- Elimination of waste:
- Muda (無駄),
- Mura (斑),
- Muri (無理),
- Relationship between the 3M’s
- Test of understanding.
Training program Part 2:
- How to train the trainer.
- Learning Styles.
- 3 Step method.
- Test of understanding.

- The importance of Standard Operations,
- How to identify the difference between a Main Step, Key Point and Reason,
- How to avoid mistakes and liabilities when writing an SOP,
- How to analyze, create and teach Standard Operations,
- ISO 9001 and IATF alignment requirements about competency and training.
- How to train a trainer effectively to deliver standardized training to the learner.
