Frequently asked questions about training.
Are training courses available online and on-site?
Open training courses are delivered online. In-company training can be delivered on-site, usually at the client’s premises, or online depending on the subject and the organisation’s needs.
Will I receive a certificate after the training?
Yes, every participant receives a QualityWise® e-certificate sent to their email address.
Do participants receive training materials?
Yes. Participants receive the training presentation as well as the forms and materials used during exercises.
I cannot see the training I need in the schedule. What can I do?
Contact us. The QualityWise® portfolio is broader than the current open training schedule. We will check whether an open session can be launched or recommend an in-company course.
Can the programme be tailored to our company?
Yes. For in-company training, we tailor the scope, examples and exercises to the organisation’s processes, participant roles, customer requirements and identified problems.
What are QualityWise® Expert Pathways?
QualityWise® Expert Pathways combine related courses into a coherent 12-month development plan for a specific role. Four pathways are available: Automotive Engineer, Automotive Internal Auditor, Problem-Solving Tools Expert and Automotive Laboratory Specialist.
What if I want to secure the budget but decide on dates later?
QualityWise® FLEX PLAN allows you to secure the budget and schedule training at a later, convenient time.
What is the training price?
The price depends on the subject, duration, language and delivery format. For open training courses, a 10% discount applies when at least three people from the same company register.
