QUALITYWISE® AUDIT
We see what others miss...
And we tell you clearly what to do about it.

Why organizations need audits

Most companies don’t struggle because they lack audits.
They struggle because:

  • processes run differently than described in procedures,
  • teams interpret the same requirements in different ways,
  • there are discrepancies between theory (procedures) and practice (production),
  • unexpected complaints appear,
  • nobody is fully confident how the organization will perform in a customer or certification audit.

Audits help bridge the gap between assumptions and reality — and clearly show what needs attention to achieve stability and predictable quality.

Let's start with a conversation

No strings attached. Full transparency. Concrete value from the very first meeting.

What is audit cooperation with QualityWise®?

1.
Full support from QualityWise®

From the very first contact, you have the full support of a QualityWise® consultant. We answer questions, advise on the scope, help prepare your team, and ensure the entire process runs smoothly and stress-free (before, during, and after).

2.
Defining the audit scope

During a short consultation, we define the audit objectives, areas to be assessed, client or standard requirements, and the expected outcome. This ensures the audit is precisely tailored to your organization’s needs.

3.
Preparing the audit plan

We develop a detailed plan: a schedule, a list of interviewees, required documents, areas to be observed, and assessment criteria. This ensures everyone knows what to expect and how to prepare.

4.
Conducting the audit

We conduct the audit on-site or online, in a professional, collaborative manner that does not disrupt production. We observe processes, analyze documentation, discuss with the team, and identify risks, gaps, and best practices.

5.
Preparing the audit report

Within a few days, we prepare a clear report that includes nonconformities, observations, recommended actions, and a compliance level assessment. You can use the report to communicate with the client, certification body, or management.

6.
Follow-up after closing nonconformities

After submitting the report, we remain available to you. We support you in root cause analysis, planning corrective actions, and verifying their effectiveness. We can also prepare your company for a repeat or client audit.

Frequently Asked Questions

The audit is conducted by a QualityWise® auditor experienced in the automotive industry, ISO/IATF and VDA standards, and in operational work with production processes. We have practical experience in plants, and knowledge of OEM customer requirements.

The report includes:

  • a description of the audit scope,
  • an indication of nonconformities and observations,
  • an assessment of compliance with requirements.

The report is prepared in a clear format, ready for presentation to management or the client.

The price depends on:

  • audit scope,
  • number of processes/areas,
  • number of audit days,
  • plant location,
  • additional requirements (e.g., certification preparation audit, supplier audit, VDA 6.3 audit, VDA 6.8 audit).

We prepare a personalized quote after a short discussion to determine your needs.

Typically:

  • 50% of the price is payable upon order placement (14-day payment),
  • the remaining balance, including transportation and hotel costs, due upon completion of the audit and report delivery (14-day payment).

For recurring audits or packages, individual arrangements are possible.

A quote can be prepared under the QualityWise Flex Plan® upon request.

The audit lasts from one to several days, depending on the size of the organization, the number of processes, and the depth of the assessment.

During the initial interview, we help precisely determine the number of audit days.

Ensure access to documents, systems, and key personnel. No special preparation is required — your standard workflow is sufficient.
