For BorgWarner’s manufacturing plant, we delivered the annual internal audit programme: assessments of quality management system processes against ISO 9001 and IATF 16949, alongside manufacturing process audits to VDA 6.3 covering P2–P7.
From document review to 14 individual audit reports, the project addressed customer-specific requirements and identified opportunities for improvement, supporting the organisation’s preparation for its IATF 16949 certification audit.

We cooperated with QualityWise in our internal system audit according to IATF 16949. The preparations of the audit were extremely well done and there was a very empathetic communication level. During the audit itself, there was demonstrated a very high level of knowledge of all the applicable requirements, as well as a very analytical and detailed observations of the system evaluated. The level of professionalism and at the same time the pedagogical approach demonstrated with each topic and with all our team members really shows the commitment to the project. I am delighted to recommend QualityWise following the outstanding training delivered to the Exide team. Excellent preparation before the training was evident. The trainer took the time to understand our real cases and challenges, tailoring the program to address our specific obstacles. The training struck a perfect balance between formal instruction and practical exercises, allowing participants to apply concepts directly to our own cases. The results speak for themselves: following the training, our team has been able to produce higher-quality FMEAs more efficiently, significantly improving our processes and compliance with international standards.

I had the pleasure of collaborating with Agata Lewkowska Ph.D. representing QualityWise Company who conducted an internal audit of the processes at Borg Warner Technical Center. The audit was carried out in accordance with the requirements of IATF 16949 (…). Agata Lewkowska Ph.D. diligently executed the expected audit plan and collected process samples during individual meetings with process owners. Throughout the audit she demonstrated a thorough and professional approach in both evaluation and advisory capacities. She showed an understanding of our company's operation and provided a clear and insightful explanation of the process owners' questions.

QualityWise delivered VDA 6.8 Supply Chain Process Audit training for our team. The sessions were clear, practical, and highly engaging, with a good balance between theory and real-world application. A particularly valuable aspect of the training was the practical part carried out in the warehouse environment. This hands-on experience allowed participants to directly apply theoretical knowledge in real-life scenarios, significantly strengthening their understanding and confidence in performing process audits. The training gave our team practical tools to better understand supply chain risks and strengthen our audit approach.
