A comprehensive QMS and manufacturing process audit programme
Independent delivery of the annual audit programme against ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 requirements — from documented information review to 14 reports supporting the organisation’s readiness for the third-party audit.
Project scope
The project covered first-party audits of all QMS processes and manufacturing processes included in BorgWarner’s audit programme. The assessment was conducted against ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, taking into account Customer-Specific Requirements and the actual interfaces between processes.
The organisational scope included Global Supply Chain Management, HR, Management together with IT and Finance, Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance, Logistics, Operations, Product Engineering, Quality Assurance and Launch Management. In addition, five VDA 6.3 manufacturing process audits covering elements P2 to P7 were completed.

Review of documented information before the audits and alignment of the assessment with the actual operation of each process
